Our mission

Attain maximum performance

We like research and we’ve done our homework. After one workout you will see that our programs are results driven. They are meant to give you the optimal combination of strength-building and fat-burning while keeping the benefit high and the risk of injury low.

Instead of talking about why we are different, we’d honestly prefer to show you. Come check out our Team!

I grew up playing sports in a small town here in Kentucky and was even blessed enough to compete on NBC's American Ninja Warrior in 2018. I've always pushed myself to be the best that I can be physically, mentally, and spiritually and I love to do the same for my clients! I don't want to just be the guy you come see to put you through an intense sweat session. I want to be a coach that meets you at your level, holds you accountable, and helps you see the progress you deserve. I love the atmosphere and positive community here at LiveWELL! It inspires me to be a better trainer for each one of the clients that walks through the door. Whether you're a 5 star athlete, doctor, desk jockey, 9-5 blue collar worker, or a stay at home mom, I want to see you improve mentally, physically, and spiritually! So come on in, say hi, and let's get to work! God Bless!

Growing up, I was always the overweight, awkward kid who dreaded sports, gym class and anything athletic. At my high school, we were required to participate in sports, 3 seasons a year.  For me, setting goals and achieving them became addicting! My body changed, followed by my mind, and then my grades and self-esteem. I am a better Dad, Husband, Friend and Coach when I dedicate a few hours a week to taking care of myself. I have always been fascinated by the amazing human body, how it moves, and how to make it as functional and efficient as possible. I enjoy almost any outdoor physical activity: hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, watersports. Like a child, I am more at peace when I've had plenty of exercise and fresh air. It is extremely important to me that I am and will continue to be physically-able to share these things with future generations of family for many years. I believe that by exercising properly and taking care of yourself, you are able to squeeze more of the best stuff out of your one life. At LiveWELL, we are busy building a community of great people who believe in this too!
